自制系统出现/根分区占用100% 问题

我现在遇到一个问题，就是直接构建系统，基于nand的，参考
http://www.cubieforums.com/index.php/topic,2540.0.html，这里的做法，
$source tools/scripts/envsetup.sh
select ct-ubuntu
$cb_build_nand_image
我就改了下根文件系统的内容（提取cubian的文件系统内容替换），打包固件后，烧写系统，分区出现100%占用，这是什么原因造成的呀？
