怎么样恢复 nand的引导？？？谢谢

我是cubieboard2,昨天想给cubieboard2 的 nand 装 linux了，不小心 把 nand 都给弄没有，最后有瞎折腾，现在 不插卡的情况下什么也没有，通过sd 启动看到 如下信息，

不行 都不行，我用livesuit 和 PhoenixSuit 刷了 电脑的进度条不动 始终是 0，
