uart0作为一般串口

一般串口调试使用的是uart0，如果不使用它的话可以按照下面更改：

我可以告诉你这样不稳定么？ ttyS0 是特殊的端口 不建议当做一般端口 全志有专门说明

嗯，没测试过稳定性，但最好不要去改就对了
