以上这个是raspberry pi的教学,　cubieboard的方法也差不多

我使用的系统为 debian_wheezy_armhf_v1_mele

方法如下
<enter>为按键

1. 将除LAN 和电源之外的裝置　拔除, 当然不要拔除ｔｆ卡
2. 开机
3. 以root权限登入
4. fdisk /dev/mmcblk0 <enter>
5. d <enter>
6. 2 <enter>
7. n <enter>
8. p <enter>
9. 2 <enter>
10. <enter>
11. <enter>
12. W <enter>



等十分钟
13.  shutdown -r now <enter>
14.  resize2fs /dev/mmcblk0p2 <enter>

完成


不知道为什么在cubieboard 上要使用 "fdisk /dev/mmcblk0",　而使用 "fdisk –cu /dev/mmcblk0" 时的情况不同于raspberry

fdisk 的参数，影响不大。

-c[=mode]
              Specify the compatiblity mode, 'dos' or 'nondos'.   The  default
              is  non-DOS mode.  For backward compatibility, it is possible to
              use the option without the <mode> argument -- then  the  default
              is used.  Note that the optional <mode> argument cannot be sepa‐
              rated from the -c option by a space, the  correct  form  is  for
              example '-c=dos'.

      -u[=unit]
              When listing partition tables, show sizes  in  'sectors'  or  in
              'cylinders'.   The  default  is  to  show sizes in sectors.  For
              backward compatibility, it is possible to use the option without
              the <units> argument -- then the default is used.  Note that the
              optional <unit> argument cannot be separated from the -u  option
              by a space, the correct form is for example '-u=cylinders'.


一个是是否使用兼容模式，另一个是单位是扇区还是柱面

亲自在我的闪迪32G卡上试过了，可行，感谢楼主。
本来是只是辨认到3.6G，经过测试，可以辨认到30G！

1. How can I tell how much RAM I have?
   
2. Look at the ID on the chips themselves. Then, if there are two chips mounted on the board and the description says 256X16 then 256Mbit x 16 = 512MB per chip. If your Cubieboard has two of those chips, then the total memory is 1GB.

因为mele是512M的，cubie的用cubie的系统就好了。
